Ondara Bangle — Verde Enamel

The Ondara Bangle explores the flowing structures of coral through a continuous sculptural form. Its surface moves organically around the wrist, creating a rhythm of interconnected elements that feel both natural and composed.

The earliest concepts were developed through hand drawings made with technical pencil and brush pen on heavyweight drawing paper. Layered line work helped define the fluid coral shapes, while alcohol markers were used to study the deep green enamel surfaces and the positioning of Austrian crystals within the composition.

Each element flows into the next, forming an uninterrupted structure that wraps around the wrist. The sculptural pattern creates depth and movement across the surface, allowing light to travel across the gold and crystal details.

The rich green enamel introduces vitality and intensity to the design. Its colour enhances the organic relief of the coral forms and creates a vivid contrast against the warm gold structure.

Through this process the design evolved into a sculptural bangle that combines fluidity with strength. The Ondara Bangle transforms the intricate language of coral structures into a refined piece of wearable sculpture.
