The Story behind the Design

The Ondara Classic Ring translates the intricate structures of coral into a continuous sculptural band. Its flowing forms move gently across the surface, creating a rhythm that feels both organic and composed.

The earliest concepts were developed through hand sketches created with graphite pencil and soft pastel on cotton drawing paper. Subtle tonal shading helped define the sculptural volume of the band, while pastel accents were used to explore the enamel tones and the positioning of Austrian crystals within the coral-inspired structure.

The organic elements travel along the ring in a quiet, uninterrupted flow. At the centre, a single crystal introduces a point of light, creating balance within the composition and drawing attention to the sculptural movement of the form.

Soft rose enamel brings warmth and expression to the design. Its colour deepens the sculptural relief and creates a gentle contrast against the gold surface.

Through this process the ring evolved into a refined piece of sculptural jewellery. The Ondara Classic Ring reflects the intricate beauty of coral structures while transforming them into a calm and elegant object to wear.
